Sam & Elle founders of HM Tallow in 2022. the changes of covid brought about our tallow skincare business and through that we found our passion. noticing the lack of connection our customers had to their food sources whilst also creating real and lasting connections with local producers as we built our tallow business. 

As weve grown our business we have discovered the dire need for true local connection. buying australian is no longer enough for both communities and producers. There needs to be more connection to farmers right arounf the corner and more support for producers and the every changing barriers they face
